1. Turn off all of the wireless connections

2. Go to Applications, then go to Options

3. Select Advanced Options

4. Select SIM Card

5. Type MEPD. You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing

6. On the next screen, type MEP then [ALT BUTTON] then the number 2 (NOTE: You will not see any text appear on the screen while typing)

7. You should be presented with a prompt “Enter Network MEP Code”. Type in the unlock code

8. You should get a code accepted message. Your phone is now unlocked
