Money Back Guarantee – If the code is not available, you will be refunded.


Non-Working Codes – If for some reason the code doesn’t work, a refund will depend on WHY the code didn’t work. For example, listed below are reasons you would not receive a refund:

1) You selected the wrong unlocking service
2) You supplied an incorrect imei or incorrect phone details
3) You selected an unlock service which clearly stated that your phone was not supported
4) The phone was already unlocked
5) The phone was hardlocked (all of the unlocking attempts were already maxed out, rendering the code useless before it could even be used)


Processing Times and Delays – The order processing times for each unlocking service we offer will be listed right above the order form. The times are APPROXIMATIONS and are in no way set in stone. If an unlock service suddenly becomes delayed, there isn’t anything we will be able to do about it, as the problem is beyond our control and lies with the carrier/manufacturer code databases. In most cases, we CANNOT cancel delayed orders. If we are aware of a delay when receiving your order, we will notify you as to what action you would like for us to take (process the order anyway or send you a refund).


Order Cancellations – in most cases, we cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted to us. Most unlocking services begin processing the order instantly, and at that point we no longer have control over it. In some cases, if the unlock code service you are using is a slower service that will take a few days to process, we might be able to cancel it. But you will have to contact us within an hour of your purchase.


Unlocked phone doesn’t work with my network – It is your responsibility to find out if the phone’s hardware is compatible with the network you plan on using it with. Our job is simply to unlock the phone.
