The HTC One X+ was launched in November 2012. A few of the notable features of this phone include a Quad-core 1.7 GHz cpu, 32/64 GB of built-in storage space, 1 GB RAM, 4.7 inch Super LCD2 capacitive touch screen, 8 Mp autofocus LED flash digital camera, 1080p@28ps video, 1.6 MP secondary camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.1, Gps, and runs on the Android v4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) Operating-system.
Unlocking your phone will allow you to use it on ANY GSM carrier worldwide, such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers, Fido, Koodo, Vodafone, Tim, Claro, and many more. Shortly after you order, the unlock code with instructions will be emailed to you.
Listed below are the instructions you will need to unlock your HTC One X+:
1. Insert a non-accepted simcard (a simcard that isn’t from the original carrier). Power on phone.
2. Phone will display “network locked”. Slide to go to the next screen.
3. Phone will ask for a “Sim network unlock pin”. Type in your unlock code and press “OK”. If you don’t have an unlock code for your phone, you can get one on our HTC unlock code webpage. After entering in the code, you might be asked to enter it in a second time.
4. Phone will display “Sim Network Unlock PIN – successfully unlocked from the network. Rebooting…”. This means your code has been accepted, and the phone must reboot to complete the process. Once the phone reboots, it will then automatically pick up your new network within a few seconds. Your HTC One X+ is now unlocked.
