The Pantech Renue was released in July 2012. A few of the impressive features on this phone consist of a Qualcomm QSC 6270 chipset, 185 MB of integrated storage space (plus an external microSD card slot that can be expanded up to 32 Gigabytes), 256 MB RAM, 3.2 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with 256K colors, 3.15 Mega pixel auto-focus camera, QVGA video, Bluetooth v2.1, and Gps navigation.
Unlocking your phone will allow you to use it on ANY GSM carrier worldwide, such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers, Fido, Koodo, Vodafone, Tim, Claro, and many more. Shortly after you order, the unlock code with instructions will be emailed to you.
Listed below are the instructions you will need to unlock your Pantech Renue:
1. Insert a non-accepted simcard (a simcard that isn’t from the original carrier). Power on phone.
2. Once it finishes booting up, you will be prompted to enter in your “Sim network unlock PIN”
3. Enter in the unlock code. If you don’t have an unlock code for your phone, you can get one on our Pantech unlock code webpage.
4. Your phone is now permanently unlocked.
